In Pathogenic, you are the disease: play as one of our seven parasites to wage a desperate war against the immune system. Evolve and assemble the ultimate parasite from over 120 unique organelles and mutations. Blow up immune cells with chained explosions, summon a legion of minions to fight your battles, incinerate enemies with piercing lasers, or slice your enemies to bits with a flurry of melee strikes. Unlock permanent upgrades, stack organelle effects, and discover game-breaking synergies to push your pathogens to their limits.
Venture through our six vibrant, procedurally generated levels. From the long winding intestines to the pulsing core that is the human heart, the pathogens will encounter a diverse roster of immune cells and competing parasites in every organ. Dodge and weave through bullet screens of macrophages and T-cells, or charge head-on against helminths and lungworms. Simply beating the final boss, though, is not the end. A secret level awaits those big-brained enough to find it, and 15 challenge modes are available to anyone looking to test their skills.
